(1) We Produce the Best Log Homes Packages and Log Cabins Kits
Every one of Log Homes of the Smokies log home plans are designed by our skilled design team to ensure the highest quality. Each log home is individually cut and numbered in our mills to provide ease in building and to reduce building costs. Our logs are also kiln dried to minimize shrinkage and to reduce shipping costs.
(2) We Design First Rate Log Home Plans, Log Home Floor Plans, and Log Cabin Plans
We will create a custom log home plan to give you what you have always wanted in a luxury log home or cabin. We have taken advantage of the knowledge that comes with over many years of producing log homes and log cabins to give our collection of the American Series log home plans.
(3) We are unique in that we provide a complete home dry-in package.
Our costs include all items to complete the home to the end of the dry-in phase. This means, the home is truly “in the dry.” We also work with some customers that do not need all items, and some that desire a “turn-key” build.
